unlikely event of a back order, you will be notified and your card

Returns:

receipt for a full refund. Customers must call ahead to receive
an order return number. Postage must be postpaid to the destination
of returned items. The initial shipping costs will be deducted from
the credited amount. Items must be returned in new unopened condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on abused or misused products.
Damage caused during shipment should be discussed with the parcel
post carrier.
